Hi there, I'm Randle! I specialize in helping teens and emerging adults navigate anxiety, depression, self esteem, self harm, and relationship issues in Durango, Colorado. Most of my clients are high school students or college students who are exploring who they are, what they want, and how to navigate mental health challenges in a sustainable way. I also work with adult women, ages 18-40, who are open to exploring healing from a somatic and integrative approach. The women I work with may be struggling with burnout, stress, anxiety, and difficulty juggling everything on their plate. My practice is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth. I believe therapy works best when you feel safe to be yourself—no judgment, no pressure. I also offer parent coaching sessions and parent-teen sessions if needed.
