I look forward to seeing those who are motivated to change. I work with individuals and couples experiencing both deeper, long-term difficulties as well as situational, short-term problems. While I am able help patients alleviate acute symptoms, it is often possible & advantageous to resolve the underlying causes of anxiety & depression in particular. For example, many sleep, sexual, anxiety and depressive disorders have specific unique causes. My Ph.D. was in Organizational Development as well as Clinical Psychology. This broader perspective is useful if work issues are troubling.
