Hello! I'm Randy Basden, a Licensed Professional Counselor with many years in the field. I was born in Missouri and grew up in Southern Illinois, moving to Wyoming twenty years ago. I received an MSEd in Educational Psychology from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale. I have extensive training in EMDR and trauma therapy in general. I see clients from adolescence throughout the lifespan for a variety of issues, including anxiety, mood disorders, and general life challenges. I am well-versed in various approaches to help individuals learn to manage emotions and behavior, and to examine how our thinking connects to these things.
