I view therapy as a partnership designed to disentangle life’s complexities on the pathway to wholeness. For many clients this involves struggles with issues from their past, making sense of their emotions or dealing with one of life's many transitions. Others are in need of support around grief or working through relationship issues. My training as a former Diversity, Equity and Inclusion professional has taught me to view my clients through a multicultural lens that acknowledges and values all parts of their identity. As partners we will create adaptive coping strategies to bring clients into better alignment and fulfillment.
