The goal is to focus on the positive when we can and to draw on our inner resources to help cope and manage during stressful times.I have been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for over 20 years. I am a graduate of Stony Brook University and Hunter College School of Social Work. I have broad experience working with children, adolescents, adults, couples and families in managing stress, anxiety, depression, loss, bereavement and divorce issues.
