For years I have successfully helped others on their journey to overcome trauma, to heal, and become the best versions of themselves. We'll use a holistic client centered approach where you are expert. Additionally, I will integrate somatic practices such as reiki, mindfulness, yoga, art, and other forms of energy healing to further assist you develop a stronger relationship with yourself.
