Growing up between Nigeria, England, and now New York, I know what it’s like to move between cultures, expectations, and ways of belonging. As a third culture kid from an Indian family, I understand how complex it can feel to create a sense of home within yourself while adjusting to life in a new place. I work with individuals and couples navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, family dynamics, or identity questions. I often work with international students, third culture kids, and individuals in transition, supporting them in finding clarity, grounding, and deeper connection with themselves and their relationships.
