My goal is to be intentional about creating a space that feels safe for you to explore the areas that are most meaningful to you—as an individual or as a couple. I am passionate about helping couples learn how to untangle unhelpful communication patterns to create deeper emotional connection. My focus with individuals includes areas regarding self esteem, identity exploration, stress management, multicultural challenges, and sexuality. In my work I use Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT) and I am Level 2 trained in Internal Family Systems therapy (IFS).
