I work with women who are single, married, divorced, parents or not, and are struggling to adjust to the many changes that come along with life changes, relationship issues or transitions, traumas and parenting. Big life changes can be a silent struggle and learning to trust yourself again is vital. It can be difficult holding onto who you are while navigating new pressures, expectations, and painful experiences. We will work to create an ideal role and relationship with yourself and others. I work to normalize the struggles we all universally share and assist in finding clarity, trust, and a connection back to your true self.
