I provide counseling for individuals, couples, and families including. I specialize in PTSD, anxiety and depression, grief, loss and ADHD. I am Gottman and EMDR trained. In couples counseling, I focus on repeated communication breakdowns, emotional distance, and the aftermath of infidelity or betrayal that has eroded trust—often rooted in one or both partners carrying unhealed trauma that plays out in the relationship. Together, we work toward rebuilding safety, trust, and emotional closeness. I am seeking clients who are motivated for deeper work, curious about patterns, triggers and their origins. I help individuals and couples heal from past experiences and build stronger, more connected relationships. I use different treatment modalities, including EMDR when appropriate, tailored to each client’s unique needs. As a Gottman Level 2 trained therapist, I use research-based tools to help couples improve communication, rebuild trust, and connection.
