In therapy, we'll get to the root of struggles using depth psychology, somatic therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and trauma-informed approaches. I am a Native American LCSW, certified in Clinical Supervision since 2017 and have 20 years of experience. I am passionate about helping people heal intergenerational trauma. I specialize in being a therapist for therapists as well as providing consultation.
