Starting therapy can feel intimidating, and it’s normal to feel unsure or overwhelmed about where to start or which therapist to choose. I want you to know that seeking support is a big step, and I’ll meet you where you are. In our sessions, we’ll slow down, explore what’s weighing on you, and create a space where you feel safe to reflect and share. Together, we’ll focus on what matters most to you, helping you build insight, coping skills, and a sense of calm, balance, and connection with yourself. I work with teens 15 and older, as well as adults, who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, or challenges related to self discovery and intense emotions. Using CBT, DBT, and somatic practices, we’ll explore your experiences, practice skills, and make meaningful changes at a pace that feels right for you.
