I strive to offer a therapeutic space that feels safe, empathetic, and genuinely welcoming—one grounded in human connection and respect. My approach to therapy is holistic and culturally responsive, drawing from psychodynamic therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and mind–body wellness practices. I’m especially interested in helping clients understand how past experiences shape current emotions, patterns, and relationships. I work primarily with adolescents and adults navigating life transitions, stress, anxiety, identity development, and trauma.
