As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I specialize in helping adults and couples navigate challenges like depression, anxiety, and sexual issues (low libido, sexual dysfunction, communication, intimacy, and sexual identity). I also assist with relationship issues such as infidelity, stress, monogamy or ethical non-monogamy, divorce, and conscious uncoupling. My work is focused on creating safety for insight and deep emotional healing. In my practice, I offer ketamine-assisted therapy as one tool that can be integrated into our work. It can enhance emotional healing and provide a unique avenue for healing. In our work, I focus on creating safety for insight. I believe that the answers you seek are already inside of you, and that your pain, strong emotions, and past hurts can often act as barriers to accessing that deep wisdom. My role is to help you clear those barriers and tap into the insight that is already within you.
