Sometimes, we feel overwhelmed, discouraged, angry or confused. Managing these feelings can be isolating and lonely. Through Narrative Therapy, I invite my clients to engage in an active, collaborative process. Together, we seek to author life stories of hope and resilience. I believe that each of us possesses inner strengths, and that a therapeutic partnership can help tap into those resources. My goal is to nurture a relationship in which clients feel respected and supported. I work with adults 20+ in individual, couple, and family sessions.
