Like in Friends, I’ll be there for you—through plot twists, cliffhangers, and emotional season finales (yes, even when life is doing the absolute most). Asking for help isn’t easy—it’s brave—and I honor the courage it took to get here. Thank you for inviting me into your healing journey. My goal is to create a space where you can be unapologetically you—messy, real, and authentic. I support young adults, with a focus on people of color, biracial individuals, and the LGBTQIA+ community. Judgment-free—come as you are.
