Many of my clients come to therapy feeling anxious, disconnected, or unsure why they react the way they do. For individuals, therapy becomes a space to explore emotions more deeply, process trauma, and reconnect with a steadier sense of self. For couples, our work centers on repairing communication, rebuilding trust, and restoring closeness that feels safe and genuine. Together, we slow things down, make sense of what’s happening, and strengthen the underlying patterns that support lasting balance, connection, and well-being. My goal is to help clients feel safe, understood, capable, and connected in everyday life.
