As a behavioral health therapist, I am deeply committed to supporting individuals experiencing mental health challenges. My mission is to empower you to navigate and overcome the difficulties you may face in various aspects of life, including work, school, and home. Through the use of CBT and other therapeutic interventions, I strive to help you transform your perspective. Fluent in both Arabic & French, I bring a multicultural approach to my practice. I am a certified Trauma Professional, equipped to address past trauma and a certified Immigration Evaluator providing comprehensive psychological evaluations for immigration purposes.
