I specialize and have experience in supporting adult men and women, the elderly, as well as emerging adults (18-25) as they navigate identity, life transitions, relationships, and family dynamics. I am an advocate for improving confidence! I also work closely with creative professionals in the music and arts industries, helping them manage the emotional complexities that often accompany creative work.
