Anxiety, depression, grief, career counseling, and emotional regulation are just a few of the issues I work with often. As a former athlete, I also work with many athletes whether it be performance pressures or figuring what your plans are when you retire. I have experienced lots of wins, failures, and know firsthand how challenging being an athlete is.
