Being vulnerable and asking for help with personal problems is not always the easiest thing to do. I am dedicated and committed to making a change that aims to empower and strengthen, individuals, families, and couples. I specialize in treating relationship communication problems, depression and anxiety, adjustment to divorce and separation, parenting concerns and addiction. As an experienced counselor, I have had an opportunity to work with those who have struggled with a variety of problems and concerns. I have an ability to remain open to many perspectives and feel that this is an important tool when resolving communication issues.
