You are the expert on you & my role is to help you remove and/or reduce any barriers preventing you from living your most fulfilling life. I remember being in your shoes at one point, clicking through online profiles trying to find the right fit to begin working on myself. I was somewhat hesitant & wasn't really sure therapy was even for me.
