I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker/Therapist with several years of experience supporting individuals, children, adolescents, adults, families, and couples. I have a strong background working with those impacted by the child welfare system and specialize in helping clients heal from trauma—particularly childhood trauma—which often shapes how we show up in adult life. Life presents many challenges, and sometimes we just need someone to talk to—someone to help us process, grow, and begin our healing journey. Change doesn’t happen overnight; it takes time, commitment, honesty, and courage but you don’t have to do it alone.
