Hey there! Glad you made it here safely. My name is Rashid Roashan and I am a licensed clinical social worker. I have been practicing therapy since 2020. My focus of the practice is targeting the unconscious and subconscious self to create an alignment with the conscious self. Together, we can go deeper within. My preferred therapy approaches involve targeting toxic shame, incorporating a narrative approach to get in touch with our distorted self, cognitive rewiring, mindful practices, and object relations while working through the chains that bind us from reaching our authentic selves.
