Most of my experience comes from serving adolescent and adult populations ages 13-65. I have had a good balance of clients in and outside of the LGBTQ+ community. My ideal clients though come into sessions with a commitment to be open to the experience regardless of age or demographic. My most successful clients have always been the ones to hold themselves accountable to what we discuss in sessions and build upon the skills we discuss. If you have the desire to change or are at least moving in that direction, I feel we could really make a difference together.
