I’m Dr. Raushanah Hud-Aleem. I’m a board-certified psychiatrist specializing in general psychiatry, as well as child and adolescent psychiatry. Mental health is my passion, and I’ve dedicated my life to raising awareness and promoting wellness in this field. Through my best-selling book, speaking engagements, and direct patient care, my goal is to reduce the stigma surrounding mental health. I am a strong advocate for therapy and often integrate supportive and cognitive behavioral approaches alongside medication management.
