I'm here to support you on your path of self-awareness and begin healing from patterns that were once normalized. My time training in diverse therapeutic settings, including The Meadows, has helped me recognize how deeply rooted core issues often influence the symptoms we experience today. My goal is to help you manage current symptoms while also exploring the underlying issues that contribute to them and find healing.
