Hi, I’m really glad you found your way here. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, tired of holding everything together, or unsure where to even start, you’re not alone. Life can be full of beautiful moments, and it can also be incredibly hard. Many people come to therapy because they’re dealing with anxiety, past experiences that still hurt, big life changes, or a quiet sense that something just isn’t right anymore. You might be used to being strong for others while feeling worn down on the inside. My goal is to offer a calm, supportive space where you can talk openly and honestly without judgment. I believe that your story matters and that healing happens when you feel truly heard. In our work together, we’ll move at a pace that feels right for you and focus on understanding YOU and what you’ve been through.
