Together we will identify your goals, empower you to change what you can in your life and to learn acceptance, not passive resignation, for that which you can not change. Carl Jung put it best, “I am not what happened to me, I am what I choose to become”. I work with individuals and families on a range of issues including depression, anxiety, parenting special needs children, relationship issues, divorce, and trauma. I also work with siblings of children with special needs.
