Dr. Evans finds value in helping people navigate life stressors in general, whether it's relationships, workplace issues, self-esteem, boundaries, self-care/coping skills etc. The goal is always to get clients to discover inspiration and/or goals that helps them to start viewing mental wellness as an actual reality for themselves. The goals is to help clients become more flexible with how they handle life transitions, how they define strengths, success, and failure. Dr. Evans will empower her clients to pour into their mental health, while practicing being authentic and true to themselves, and remaining grounded during hardship. Some areas of her expertise include depression, anxiety, trauma, relationships and boundaries, life transitions and stress management. Dr. Evans also offers group therapy for women, couple's therapy/pre-marital counseling, and psychological assessments for children and adults.
