I am a therapist because I love to watch people grow, in the beautiful non-linear way that us humans do. It is an honor to exist alongside clients in their journey to being who they want to be. As a queer black woman who has personal experience navigating the mental health field, I know how challenging it can be but I also know that our identities shape us into incredible, dynamic people. With the help of evidence based practices such as CBT, Mindfulness and Meditation, I will guide you in your journey in healing.
