I have 20 years of experience specializing in supporting women & adolescents, with a focus on serving BIPOC communities. I have extensive experience working with clients navigating depression, work stress, life transitions, trauma (including racial trauma), anxiety, grief and addiction/substance use. I am committed to creating a collaborative and supportive environment where clients feel safe, understood, and empowered. My goal is to help individuals build confidence, deepen self-awareness, and develop the skills and resources needed to manage distressing symptoms effectively.
