At times when we feel overwhelmed, it seems easiest to escape or run away. The challenge with this is that even with a fresh start, the emotions still linger. I would like to sit with you and process these uncomfortable feelings and find ways to cope with seemingly impossible circumstances. I enjoy working with clients of all ages and backgrounds. I work from a person-centered approach, believing my clients have the skills and strength within to grow and thrive.
