Are you feeling overwhelmed by the weight of past experiences? Many of my clients come to therapy feeling stuck… caught in cycles of trauma, anxiety, or patterns they can’t seem to shake. They want relief from painful memories and emotional triggers, but also a way to feel safe again and live with more confidence and peace. As a therapist serving clients in Michigan, I support both adults and teens on their path toward healing and growth. My focus is on helping people move through the impact of trauma and process difficult experiences. My goal with clients is to create a supportive space focused on easing symptoms, building resilience, and moving toward greater balance.
