I believe that life is meant for growth, healing and transformation. My role as a therapist is to walk alongside you - supporting, encouraging and empowering you to make meaningful changes and reconnect with your strengths. I provide a safe, compassionate space where you can feel heard, understood, and honored in your experiences. I work with teens, young adults and adults who are navigating trauma, abuse, neglect, domestic violence, sexual trauma, ADHD, anxiety, depression, and grief and bereavement. Together, we will explore new perspectives, build coping skills and support your ability to move forward with confidence. View 26 Photos I offer an integrative and customized approach to therapy, drawing from psychoeducation, animal-assisted interventions, art and expressive therapy, narrative therapy utilizing solution-focused strategies and strengths-based techniques. I also incorporate ecotherapy and nature-based healing when appropriate.
