I’m Raven. I'm here to help you manage anxiety, navigate the down days, and rebuild your self worth. As a therapist I specialize in a holistic and dynamic approach to healing. Therapy with me is a safe space, and you can feel comfort in knowing most of my clients are struggling with the same obstacles you are. You do a lot. You do enough. But you don’t have to do it alone. I specialize in working with folks who have ADHD, anxiety, depression, and are feeling lost. I am a therapist for those struggling with productivity, mental health, and relationships.
