Maybe you consider yourself a helper (socially or vocationally!), or maybe you just haven’t had the time or space to consider yourself, your thoughts, or your feelings. My passion lies in sitting with you through your current challenges, centering your lived experiences, and building your toolbox for honoring and moving through your emotions. You deserve kindness, warmth, and a loving relationship with yourself. You are the expert of your lived experiences and intuition. Ethical counseling is non-pathological and radically accepting. My role as your counselor is a tool for insight and information, facilitator of reflection, self-validation, self-affirmation, and untangling what you were taught is yours and what you choose to keep or release.
