Ravina offers a brave space centered around you as a whole person, using a compassionate, humanistic, and authentic approach that emphasizes your individuality in therapy. She uses psychodynamic, trauma-focused, interpersonal, and cognitive and dialectical behavioral therapies. Ravina is passionate about being a witness to your healing and growth, working with individuals from all backgrounds, gender and sexual identities, and racial and cultural experiences. Her goal is to create a space where you can commit to your journey, honor your voice, address traumas, and explore the patterns holding you back. Ravina is a published poet, proud cat mom, and spoken word artist. As a first-generation, proud South Asian woman, she was raised in the U.S. Virgin Islands. Growing up culturally confused and seeking acceptance, she found solace in spaces that encouraged her to open up and speak her truth as a woman of color and daughter of immigrants.
