Perhaps you’re wondering how in the world you are supposed to live through the intensity of the waves of emotions you keep experiencing. Wherever you are in your journey, I want you to know you don’t have to figure it out alone. I work with kids, teens, adults, moms, and anyone who feels stuck, unseen, or overwhelmed by life’s challenges. I also have a heart for walking alongside refugees, immigrants, and those navigating the challenges of identity and belonging.
