Exciting News! Starting in November 2025, I will be welcoming a new intern on board at Weightless Minds Counseling. His name is Jordan Garner, BS Psy, and he is currently completing his graduate program for mental health counseling through Walden University. Jordan will be accepting clients through my sliding scale program based on your household family income, with rates as low as $25 a session. He will be seeing clients on Mondays and Fridays. For purposes outlined by his program, he will only be able to see clients in person. Sessions will be one hour in length. Jordan utilizes an existential approach combined with cognitive behavioral therapy. This places the focus on the client’s lived experience of their subjective reality: a solution-based process that allows the client to explore the freedom to live their most authentic life, while addressing problematic core beliefs that lead to unproductive behaviors.
