As a licensed couple and family therapist, I consider clients and their behaviors, motivations and values as rooted in, and influenced by, their various personal identities, current events, and unique upbringing and relational experiences. I am trained to work with LGBTQIA+ folx, folx in untraditional relationships, folx with complex intersectional identities, GNC/trans folx (inclusive of writing letters of medical necessity), folx with complex sexual issues (in relationships and individually), and couples experiencing betrayal trauma. I offer somatic techniques to support individual and co-regulation, toward strong differentiation.
