Hello! I’m Ray, a queer, trans, and neurodivergent therapist with a dual background in Art Therapy. I believe stories are important: the stories we tell ourselves and each other, the narratives we receive from the world around us, as well as the cultural stories we learn. Therapy can offer a unique space to explore social constructs, challenge norms and myths, and investigate beliefs (beliefs about ourselves, our identity, our relationships, the world). Through this work along with skills, tools, and new ways of thinking you can take ownership of your story and live authentically. In a way that honors your strengths and values.
