Rayetta believes in using an eclectic approach when it comes to therapy. She does not believe in using a one-size fits all approach when it comes to therapy & instead tries to tailor her approach to each individual client. This allows for a utilization of a variety of techniques, which include traditional psychotherapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, & mindfulness just to name a few. Some of her main areas of focus include; Anxiety, Depression, Life Stressors, & behavioral issues; especially in children. In her spare time, Rayetta enjoys spending time with her family, reading, writing, and taking walks.
