I am a psychotherapist who specializes in working with adolescents and adults. I help people suffering from a range of issues, including depression, anxiety, addiction such as drugs/alcohol and gambling. I use a strength based, person centered approach in order to guide clients through the discomfort, pain and dissatisfaction that life can sometimes bring. I work in partnership with clients in order to help them achieve growth and increased satisfaction in their daily lives.
