Committing to knowing all parts of yourself can be a tender and transformative journey. I often work with individuals whose identities are layered, fluid, or expansive—such as multiracial, multicultural, and queer folx navigating liminal or “in-between” spaces—as well as anyone exploring questions of meaning, belonging, and self-acceptance. Together, we co-create a supportive, relational space to gently notice whatever thoughts, feelings, or bodily sensations arise in the present moment through embodied mindfulness.
