You are struggling to live your best life - due to family-of-origin, trauma, and/or relationship issues - and are sick of your past interfering with your present. You want to dig deep, heal old wounds, and lead with strength and resilience. You are looking for a trauma-informed approach to process and unpack some (set of) significant life event(s). My approach is most informed by my training in EMDR and Emotionally-Focused Therapy; I incorporate somatic and other experiential techniques. I value authenticity, deep connection, and vulnerability which infuse my work. Some of my areas of focus include: complex trauma; codependency; compulsive sexual behaviors; betrayal trauma.
