I bring a wealth of mental health experience, holding certifications in Anger Management, Clinical Trauma, and Professional Counseling Supervision. My preferred therapeutic approaches are person/client-centered therapy and cognitive-behavioral therapy. Active listening, unconditional positive regard, motivation, and genuineness are essential in my sessions.
