Progress, not perfection. This is a concept that is often hard to wrap our brains around because we have been conditioned to believe that we have to have it all together at all times, but this is not the reality. Healing is a messy process, and it is the baby steps that add up to crossing the finish line at the end. The process can be difficult and frustrating, but so worth it. I want to thank you for taking this first step towards building a better you. As adults we often find ourselves in transitory phases of life that bring about their own set of challenges. Whether this looks like symptoms of anxiety, depression, exiting toxic relationships, or overcoming complex traumas, I love being able to be a small part in a person’s recovery, and would love to help you in yours.
