I am a LMFT in Scotts Valley and Aptos, specializing in supporting individuals, couples, and families impacted by alcoholism and addiction. Addiction doesn’t affect just one person—it impacts the entire family system. Many of the clients I work with feel overwhelmed, exhausted, and unsure how to support their loved one while also caring for themselves. I provide therapy for spouses, partners, parents, and adult children of people struggling with alcohol or drug use, as well as individuals who are questioning their own relationship with substances. I help clients understand patterns of codependency, boundary challenges and anxiety.
