I work with adults and teens who feel disconnected from themselves and others, struggling with feelings of loneliness, self-doubt, or the sense that something is missing in their lives. If you’re struggling to understand who you are or how to connect with the people and things that matter most to you, I’m here to help. Many of my clients have experienced childhood trauma or challenging family dynamics, which can lead to feelings of anxiety, depression, and isolation. Together, we’ll explore your past with compassion and focus on building the skills needed to create relationships that reflect your true self. In our work together, I’ll follow your lead. This is your journey, and I’m here to listen without judgment. As we uncover what’s causing you pain or confusion, I’ll offer tools and skills in a collaborative way to help you manage overwhelming emotions, establish healthy boundaries, and build better communication.
